Modern projects

In 2014, the biopic Love and Mercy was released, with Paul Dano and John Cusack portraying Brian at different stages of his life, focusing on his mental health struggles in the 1960s.

Brian published his second memoir, I Am Brian Wilson, in 2016 and launched the Pet Sounds 50th Anniversary World Tour that same year.

In 2022, The Beach Boys marked their 60th anniversary with new releases and a remastered, expanded greatest hits album celebrating Brian’s enduring musical legacy.
