Christopher Nolan’s 2023 biographical movie garnered plenty of praise, but did leave some confused.

Dealing with an already intricate political and military subject - that being the development of the atomic bomb and the detrimental effects it had on the creator J. Robert Oppenheimer - the movie unfortunately became overwhelming for many once the director began to include flashback elements to properly flesh out the story.

Still, the film, which starred Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Robert Downey Jr. Matt Damon and Florence Pugh, has gone on to receive a handful of awards, including a Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture and for Best Actor.
