Batman on screen can be campy, but this was certainly too much.

Sitting at a lowly 11%, ‘Batman and Robin’ was not received well.

Both critics and fans tore into the 1997 film, particularly over Arnold Schwarzenegger’s hammy acting and cringe-inducing puns, Uma Thurman’s ridiculous performance as Poison Ivy, and George Clooney take on the Caped Crusader, which left audiences shaking their heads.

Although he has since reprised his role as Bruce Wayne in 2023’s ‘The Flash’, the 62-year-old actor has since insisted that there “aren’t enough drugs in the world” to get him to put on the cape and cowl for a full outing as the hero.

It has also been discovered that George will refund fans their ticket price if they tell him that they saw the movie in cinemas!
