Away from acting, the star released 'The Raquel Welch Total Beauty and Fitness Program' book and videos in 1984 – where she shared her views on healthy living, beauty and personal style.

Meanwhile, Welch's signature line of wigs with HairUWear proved to be a huge success after their release in the late 1990s. To mark the star's 65th birthday, the Raquel Welch Signature Collection donated $1 million in wigs to the American Cancer Society.

In 2007, Raquel became the newest face of MAC Cosmetics Beauty Icon Series, with her limited edition makeup lines featuring a tiger print motif.
