The Conjuring's production was reportedly plagued by eerie happenings - including mysterious claw marks, unexplained sounds, and even crew injuries.

During filming, the real Perron family visited the set and strange things started happening, including sudden cold spots and flickering lights.

James Wan admitted the set had an “undeniable energy” and said: “It was the first time I felt uneasy making a movie.”
