Meeting Lorraine Warren

To prepare for their roles, Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga visited Lorraine Warren at her home in Connecticut.

They spent time understanding her dynamic with Ed, studying footage and old case files.

Farmiga recalled: “I stayed with Lorraine. She showed me her home, her artefacts, her heart.”
