The Conjuring (2013)
The cast and crew of this movie claimed a ghost was haunting the set and tormenting them.
This movie is based on a true story, and follows the paranormal investigator duo Ed and Lorraine Warren and a case they worked on in 1971 for the Perron family.
There were quite a few strange incidents on the set of 'The Conjuring'. To begin with, Lorraine Warren, who consulted on the movie, struggled to talk to screenwriters Chad and Carey Hayes, who said they'd call her number, but it wouldn't go through. Then, the hotel the crew were staying at caught on fire.
Things got weirder from there. Director James Wan said his dog was upset by an invisible entity, and growled and tracked something no one else could see around his office. Perhaps the scariest incident happened to Verga Farmiga, who played Lorraine. Reportedly, she found claw marks had unexplainably appeared on the screen of her laptop when she got to the set.
