Edward Norton
Edward Norton raged onto the scene in the early days of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Bruce Banner and his angry green alter ego in 2008’s ‘The Incredible Hulk’
However, Norton decided one outing as Hulk was enough for him because he didn't want to devote years of his career to a comic book character.
He explained: “I looked at the balance of time in life that one spends not only making those sorts of films but then especially putting them out, and the obligations that rightly come with that.”
Edward’s hunch proved to be correct, as his replacement, Mark Ruffalo, went on to star in four ‘Avengers’ movies, ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ and the Disney+ show ‘She-Hulk: Attorney At Law’.
