'Miami Vice' was rebooted for the big screen in 2006 with Michael Mann directing the flick. Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx featured in the lead roles but the picture was met with mixed reviews from the critics.

Vin Diesel was also confirmed to be developing a TV reboot but it is yet to make it to air - although Johnson is wary about the show coming back.

He said: "I kind of feel they’ll do a version of ‘Miami Vice’, but it’s not going to be ‘Miami Vice’, because the show was very specific to a time and place, and a social and cultural happening, at that time."
