Bill Murray - Zombieland

Hilariously, Bill Murray wasn't even meant to be alive in 'Zombieland' (2009) and was happy to learn that he would ultimately die in the movie.

Appearing as himself, the 73-year-old is an actor who decided to dress as a zombie during an apocalypse of the walking dead, and is shot by Jesse Eisenberg's Columbus after Murray jumped out at him.

Recalling the incident, co-writer of the movie Rhett Reese told MTV that Bill would only be interested if he was killed off: "He called Woody [Harrelson] back and he said, ‘I love the script and it’s really imaginative, but I don’t really have enough to do. Is there any way I can have more to do?'"
