Hugh Jackman

Playing Wolverine in the X-Men movies came at a real cost for Hugh Jackman.

He injured his left ear during a scene where he crashed into a wall, and has also dealt with multiple vocal cord issues from years of growling in character.

Jackman recalled: “My voice teacher said, ‘You’ve got to stop yelling!’”
