X-Men Origins: Wolverine

While it’s certainly full of action, ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’ didn’t really live up to fan expectations.

The 2009 flick tells the story of how Logan (Hugh Jackman) became the mutant hero we all know and love, though is perhaps best-known for its disappointing portrayal of Deadpool.

The movie marked the first time ‘The Merc with a Mouth’ appeared on the big screen, though Fox opted to try out their own take on the character, which upset both fans and Ryan Reynolds.

The actor later said: “It’s easy to say we got some things wrong. Deadpool sewing up his mouth was one of the all-time foolish studio notes.”
