Michael J Fox didn’t sing Johnny B. Goode
One of the most iconic scenes in the first movie is when Marty McFly sings and rocks out to Chuck Berry classic 'Johnny B. Goode’, but that was not Marty singing at all!
Instead, musician Mark Campbell provided the vocals, which were then dubbed over Michael J. Fox’s performance.
Although Mark was not credited for providing the vocals, the artist received a percentage of the soundtrack revenue.
