Tied to Family Ties

Michael J. Fox was so determined to be in ‘Back to the Future’, that he worked day and night. Literally.

The actor began filming the movie in January 1984, whilst he was still shooting episodes of 'Family Ties’. Michael would often film his scenes for the TV show, and then come to the movie set at to shoot throughout the night.

This schedule continued for four months!
