Chuck Norris
‘Walker, Texas Ranger’ star Chuck Norris began his martial arts journey at a young age.
He has trained in Korean Tang Soo Do, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Japanese judo.
Norris, now 83, has always spoken about the benefits of martial arts for people's mental health.
Chuck said: “The philosophy is the important tool. The kicking and punching is only the vehicle to strengthen that individual as a person to raising their self-esteem raising their self-worth.”
