The Swedish man mountain has been a major action man in Hollywood since the '80s with starring roles in movies like 'Rocky IV', 'Red Scorpion', 'Universal Soldier' and 'The Expendables'.

Dolph has trained several martial arts, but is most accomplished in karate.

Speaking to Men’s Health in 2021, the actor explained his passion for martial arts, saying: “I became quite good at it, because I had something to prove. And more than anything, I needed to feel safe. […] I used to study this other form of karate, where you just touch them. You touch your opponent in the face, that's a point. You kick them, that's another point. You can't make real contact.”
