Moses Ingram as Reva

Although not being a 'Star Wars' fan herself, Moses Ingram was very excited to play Inquisitor Reva in the 2022 spin-off 'Obi-Wan Kenobi'.

Once trailers and press junkets began for the show, some fans were concerned that the actress was given prominence when compared to Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen, who portrayed iconic characters Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader, respectively.

When the show released on Disney+, a considerable amount of negative noise was made about Ingram's character, with some toxic fans taking to social media to leave racist comments on the actress' pages.

Coming out in defence of his co-star, McGregor posted on Twitter: "It just sickened me to my stomach to hear that this had been happening.

"And if you're sending her bullying messages, you're no Star Wars fan in my mind."
