No drinks policy?

One would think that at ceremonies such as the Oscars, a glass of wine here and there is something normal. However, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the bar of the event is located outside the auditorium for strategical purposes. That way, stars would think twice before going back and forth to get a drink, and thus waste time on it by dealing with huge crowds!
