'I'm obsessed': Alia Bhatt shares surprising secret to de-stressing

The 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' actress always carries a hairbrush wherever she goes because she is "obsessed" with combing her locks and finds taming her tresses a great way to relax.
In a video for Vogue India, she said: "I am obsessed with brushing my hair. If it has been a very very long day and I need to take a break and de-stress, I brush my hair and it actually makes me feel very relaxed."
Alia also always ensures she has a bracelet with her that was a gift from husband Ranbir Kapoor.
She said: “I have to take it off if I am filming for a movie or something, so I like to keep it close."
But while her bag is always stuffed with essentials, the 30-year-old actress admitted she's had to hand over most of the space inside to her eight-month-old daughter Raha.
She laughed: “I realised when I was travelling from Mumbai to London, my bag had nothing to do with me. It basically just had my passport. But otherwise it was her pacifier, her napkins, a blurp cloth, her mittens, an extra pair of socks, an extra pair of this, a little toy, a little book.
"And I said, ‘Okay, okay, my bag has now become Raha’s bag. It's no longer my bag.'”
Alia also keeps sunglasses, moisturiser, sunscreen, lipbalms and lipstick, eye drops, eye mask, and a lot of spare high ties in her bag because she's so forgetful, she always needs to have anything she might need in there.
She confessed: "I'm a very forgetful and messy person. That's why whenever I travel, I travel with everything. Honestly, I carry my home along because I don't know any other way."
