Widow's Bay wins big
Widow's Bay surpassed the record for the comedy series with the most Emmy Awards in one season.
The Apple TV horror comedy claimed 14 prizes in all (eight of which were won during last weekend's ceremonies) to surpass the previous benchmark of 13 that had been set by The Studio last year.
Monday's ceremony saw the aforementioned double triumph for Rhys, as well as victories in the supporting categories for stars Kate O'Flynn and Stephen Root.
The show's creator Katie Dippold won the Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series award and a successful evening was capped with a directing honour for Hiro Murai.
