Pop icon Madonna gave Bond a futuristic jolt with Die Another Day, the 20th film in the series.

She said: “I wanted to take it somewhere unexpected.”

Blending electronic beats, icy vocals and cinematic flair, the track divided critics but topped charts worldwide.

Madonna even appeared in the movie as a fencing instructor.
