Inglorious Basterds

‘Inglorious Basterds’ made it into the top-three, achieving a Rotten Tomatoes score of 89 per cent.

The 2009 film is set in World War II-era Germany and presents an alternate history of Adolf Hitler’s assassination.

The flick follows a group of Jewish-American soldiers on a mission to assassinate Nazi leaders, while a French Jewish cinema owner plots her own revenge against the Nazi regime.

Boasting an all-star cast - including Brad Pitt, Mélanie Laurent, Christoph Waltz, Diane Kruger, Eli Roth and Michael Fassbender - ‘Inglorious Basterds’ earned widespread acclaim, with Waltz winning multiple Best Actor awards, including at Cannes, the BAFTAs, and the Golden Globes.
