Kill Bill: Volume 2
Tarantino’s only sequel, ‘Kill Bill: Volume 2’ is in eighth place, with a rating of 84 per cent on the film site.
Hitting the silver screen in 2004, ‘Kill Bill: Volume 2’ was originally meant to be part of a single, extended film. However, due to its four-hour runtime, the project was split into two parts, released in consecutive years.
In the second instalment, Uma Thurman reprises her role as the Bride - a former assassin seeking revenge against the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad for their attempt on her life and that of her unborn child.
Critics praised ‘Kill Bill: Volume 2’ for delivering strong character development and emotional depth, but said the movie lacked the relentless action and fast-paced intensity that made the first film so thrilling.
