Box office success
Considering ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ was a pricey NC-17 rated movie - costing $100 million - the film had its work cut out for it at the box office.
However, the flick didn’t disappoint, and pulled in $406.9 million by the end of its theatrical run.
The movie also went on to receive five Academy Award nominations, including Best Actor and Best Picture, though the film sadly left Oscars ceremony empty-handed.
