Wanting to see how realistic his arm wound appeared to be, Sylvester Stallone decided to go to a local hospital over a lunch break.

The actor arrived at the ward with blood still pumping out of his arm - which was being dispensed through a hidden tube - which freaked nurses out.

When Sylvester simply requested some painkillers, nurses gawked and called him “the toughest guy we’ve ever met!”
