Failed spin-off

'T.J. Hooker’ was meant to have a spin-off series starring Sharon Stone.

During the Season 4 episode ‘Hollywood Starr’ the 65-year-old actress played vice cop Dani Starr, with the hopes that the character would prove popular enough to warrant her own series.

However, Dani never garnered enough attention, and so the spin-off was cancelled.
