Hannah and her Sisters

Woody Allen’s ‘Hannah and her Sisters’ premiered in 1986. The film follows three sisters, played by Mia Farrow, Dianne Wiest and Barbara Hershey, who face multiple personal and professional ups and downs. It is noteworthy, however, that there is only one black character in the film, a maid who has no dialogue in the story and only serves other white characters.
