Jack Nicholson in The Witches of Eastwick
Hollywood icon Jack Nicholson - known for films like ‘One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest', 'Batman' and 'The Shining' - played Satan in the 1987 film ‘The Witches of Eastwick'. Directed by George Miller, the movie revolves around the lives of three women - played by Cher, Susan Sarandon and Michelle Pfeiffer - who are unaware that they are in fact witches. Eventually, they meet Nicholson’s character, Daryl Van Horne, Satan in disguise, who tries to manipulate them. The film earned Nicholson a Saturn Award, a Los Angeles Film Critics Association Award, and a New York Film Critics Association Award, all of them for Best Actor.
