Brother from Another Series

Sideshow Bob has featured in ‘The Simpsons’ throughout the years as a homicidal clown sidekick determined to murder Bart.

In this 1997 episode, Sideshow Bob has been released from prison again and his brother, Cecil Terwilliger, makes an appearance, with the usual Bart vs Bob drama becoming slightly mixed up with the addition of this new character.

'Frasier' star Kelsey Grammer returns as Sideshow Bob and his sibling Cecil is voiced by David Hyde Pierce, who played Dr. Niles Crane the younger brother of Kelsey's character Dr. Frasier Crane in the sitcom.
