The ‘Sex And The City’ star, 58, has been married to the ‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off’ actor since May 1997.

Sarah insists the secret to their 26-year union is hard work and patience with your other half.

The actress - who has son James, 21, and 14-year-old twins Tabitha and Marion, with Matthew - said: "Relationships are hard. I always felt that I wanted to invest more. I love him, and I think he’s brilliant. I’m sure I annoy him. He annoys me sometimes. I’m enormously proud of the person he is. I think the longer you can last, the more invested you just are.”
