The Williams sisters are tennis champions, but could it be their height that gives them the advantage on the court? Serena Williams is said to be 5ft 9”, whilst her sister is 6ft 1”, meaning it isn’t uncommon for their opponents to be almost a foot shorter than them. Standing head and shoulders above other women can be uncomfortable for some, but not for Venus who said on Twitter: “You've got to remember I am six feet one inch, very tall - I love it!"
