Nicole Kidman - 5ft 11”

As a teenager, the ‘The Paperboy’ star was teased for her height and nicknamed “Storky” because of it.

By 13, the actress was already 5ft 10” and was worried it would impact on her future career. She said: “I didn’t know whether I could become an actress because I was so tall and gangly. I wish I could have known, at the time, that it was character-building.”

At 5’11”, Nicole is now much more confident about her height and is famous for announcing happily that "now I can wear heels” when she split from 5ft 7” Tom Cruise in 2001.
