'I have three cats, three dogs… three turtles, six chickens...'

Zayn has surrounded himself with a menagerie of animals on his farm.

And amongst his pets are six chickens and three turtles.

He shared: "I have three cats, three dogs… three turtles, six chickens."

However, Zayn has stopped naming his chickens because he becomes so attached to the animals that it breaks his heart when they get ill and die.

He said: "I took my chicken to the vet to get a scan because something was wrong with her.

"The vet laughed at me and said, ‘People don’t bring chickens here.' They still charged me for an X-Ray and then I took my chicken all the way home and cried. She died in my arms.”
