Dame Maggie Smith

Dame Maggie Smith was 74 and in the middle of filming 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' when she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009.

Nonetheless she continued to film the fantasy movie and kept up with her rigorous schedule.

She said: "I was hairless.

“I had no problem getting the wig on. I was like a boiled egg.”
