Kathy Bates

The 'Misery' actress was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2003 and breast cancer in 2012.

She ended up having a double mastectomy to beat the disease.

Kathy spoke to 'Entertainment Tonight'' about the op and why she chose not to get breast reconstruction surgery.

She said: "I've joined the ranks of women who are going flat, as they say. I don't have breasts - so why do I have to pretend like I do? That stuff isn't important."
