Joe Wicks doesn't exercise on Christmas Day
Fitness coach Joe Wicks has admitted that he "never" does any exercise on Christmas Day.

The 40-year-old star is arguably Britain's most famous PE coach but revealed that he allows his exercise regime to slip when Santa Claus comes to town.
Asked if he works out on December 25, Joe told Bella magazine: "100 per cent no. I never exercise on Christmas Day. I do like doing a Boxing Day workout and streaming it for YouTube.
"But for me, I don't think you should worry about the food and then come New Year's Day, you can get back to your routine."
Although he won't be exercising at Christmas, the fitness coach will be starting 2026 with the ITV special Joe Wicks New Year's Day and is looking forward to leading the nation in the first workout of the year alongside Olly Murs.
He said: "It was a lot of fun and it's a positive hour of TV to kick-start the new year. I'm used to being on social media, so this was out of my comfort zone!
"We have special guests offering compassionate and realistic advice, plus some celebrities including Olly Murs.
"Olly is my celebrity crush! I love Olly. We met a couple of years ago through Soccer Aid. We did a funny workout together and he went out all guns blazing, 100 miles per hour and he burnt out!
"I'm hoping people watching will get off the sofa and take part."
Joe also revealed that he will try and cut down on the amount of time he spends on his phone next year.
Quizzed on his New Year's resolution, he said: "To spend less time on the phone.
"I create a lot of content, and I am on it a lot. It wastes time and stresses me out.
"I spend about seven hours a day on the phone, and I'd like to get it down to five - that would be good for me."
Meanwhile, Wicks explained that he is always happy to be asked for exercise tips by members of the public.
The star said: "I've always got time and I never get bored of someone talking to me. You will never hear a story about me walking away.
"It would break my heart if someone thought I was being rude or didn't have the time."
