Brenda Edwards unveils secret boyfriend
Loose Women panellist Brenda Edwards gushed over her new lover in a sweet Instagram post on Wednesday (19.11.25).
Brenda Edwards has "soft launched" her boyfriend.
The Loose Women panellist and her mystery man went Instagram official on Wednesday (19.11.25) - a year after they met - and she gushed over his "unconditional love" that has made Brenda's days "brighter".
Captioning a photo of the loved-up couple holding hands with their fingers entwined only, the 56-year-old singer wrote: "A year ago, you walked into my life with laughter in your beautiful eyes and so much unconditional love in your heart and every day since has been that much brighter.
"Your humour makes the ordinary magical, your love makes the difficult easy, and your steady spirit makes me feel safe enough to dream bigger than I already do, even silence feels like music, and every moment feels like we have known each other for years! You just get it! X (sic)."
Brenda - who got married to Patrick Edwards in 1996, but divorced in 2023 - cannot wait to see what the future has in store for the smitten pair.
She ended her cute post with: "So here’s to us, one year of laughter, love, and balance, and a lifetime still waiting to be written. I can’t wait to keep turning pages with you, hand in hand, side by side, back to back, heart to heart. Love you Boy (sic)."
Brenda - whose son Jamal Edwards, responsible for helping to launch 34-year-old singer Ed Sheeran's career, died from a cardiac arrest after taking cocaine and drinking alcohol at the age of 31 in February 2022 - was supported by her Loose Women co-stars as she made the sweet upload.
Denise Welch, 67, wrote: "Soft launch!!! (sic)"
Ruth Langsford, 65, penned: "Happy Anniversary."
And Christine Lampard, 46, left four red-heart emojis.
Also in the post's comments section, singer Jessie J, 37, said: "Loveeeeeeeee this. Love you (sic)."
And Songstress Fleur East, 38, commented: "Beautiful words! Happy anniversary."
Earlier this year, Brenda teased that she had found a new man.
During an appearance on Loose Women, she revealed: "I did have a holiday recently, with somebody..."
After the revelation prompted a chorus of "oooohs" from the lunchtime talk show's live studio audience, Brenda added: "That's all you're getting! Apart from, I will say you know I think that it is quite nice. Opposites do attract. I do believe that."
Asked if boundaries were in place early on in their relationship, the actress replied: "Not rules as such, but we do have common interests, and I think that's important because then you don't mind if they want to go and do something.
"It's all about communication with it, and I think that's key, and I'm enjoying having that sort of communication."
