Sian Welby wants to star in the second series of Celebrity Traitors - despite not knowing if she is "worthy" enough to do it.

The Capital Breakfast radio show host adored the first season of the BBC game show of backstabbing, deceit and betrayal, and she would like to see if she can be either a successful Traitor or Faithful.

Sian, 39, told the Daily Star newspaper's Wired column: "I've been so hooked to the Traitors ...

"I would love to [go on it]. I don't know if I'm even worthy. You've had the likes of Jonathan Ross and Sir Stephen Fry. It's great television, such a good mix of people.

"I'd be honoured to be in it."

Celebrity Traitors' finale aired on Thursday (06.11.25), in which 49-year-old comedian Alan Carr - who was a Traitor on the show - was crowned the winner.

It comes after he successfully outwit his fellow Traitor, singer Cat Burns, 25, as well as Faithfuls, former rugby union player Joe Marler, 35, actor Nick Mohammed, 45, and 55-year-old writer David Olusoga.

He bagged £87,500, and the money will go to a charity of his choice.

Alan's victory comes after weeks of remaining undetected as a Traitor throughout the competition, as well as strategic gameplay, alliances and betrayals.

The star was even tasked with two 'murders' in plain sight - singer Paloma Faith, 44, and 73-year-old actress Celia Imrie.

And Alan has now revealed he and Paloma are no longer pals following his shock task, which saw him rub his hands on a black lily that sat in the bar before touching her face to signal he wanted her to leave the competition.

Speaking on a recent episode of his Life’s A Beach podcast, Alan shared: "I’m killing people. I’ve killed Paloma Faith. Tom Daley, I can’t stop killing. I’ve got a taste for it. I’m like, what the f*** is it? Jeffrey Dahmer."

Alan's podcast co-host, 62-year-old DJ Norman Cook, then asked: "Aren’t you mates with Paloma?"

And the comedy star replied: "Well, I was … I’ll tell you. I’ve killed Paloma Faith, she’s not happy about it."

Alan then addressed Paloma's recent outspokenness on TikTok.

He said: "There’s been a few, let’s just say little TikTok-y things where she says I’ve let her down because I killed her in plain sight.

"I was desperate, and she went, 'If you were a real friend, you wouldn’t have killed me,' but I said I’m the Traitor.

"The show’s called The Traitors.

"It’s like going on Naked Attraction and being told, ‘What? I have to take my knickers off’. You know, it does what it says on the tin, I can’t help it."
