Alison Hammond reveals how she lost more than 13 stone
'This Morning' presenter Alison Hammond has credited working out four times a week and eating "everything, but in moderation" with shedding more than 13 stone.

Alison Hammond has lost more than 13 stone.
The 'This Morning' presenter has told how she was nearly 30 stone at her heaviest, but she is now down to around 16-and-a-half stone, and she believes her weight loss is partly thanks to four personal trainer workouts a week.
She told Bella magazine: "I’ve lost a lot of weight. I can remember being nearly 30st, and now I’m in the 17/16st 7lbs range.
"I’ve got a personal trainer - she’s amazing. She trains me when I can train. If I’m working, I don’t train. I’ll go for a walk. But when I’m at home, I’ll go and have a session with her in the morning, just an hour. It might be four days a week."
Alison "doesn't deny" herself any foods in particular, preferring to "eat everything, but in moderation".
However, she went without sugar for 2017 TV show 'Sugar Free Farm', in which stars including Gemma Collins and Ann Widdecombe took on a sugar-free diet while working on a farm, but it left her feeling "dizzy" and like she had "come off drugs".
She said: "I did have a lot of headaches and felt dizzy - it was like I was having a hangover, not that I drink.
"I would even say it was like coming off drugs, and I don’t do those either."
Nowadays, Alison feels "amazing" and "happy within [herself]" after turning 50 in February.
She said: "It’s no different to the last decade - it’s exactly the same.
"It just feels like I’ve been waiting in the queue at the Post Office a little bit longer than someone younger than me.
"There’s no difference in the queue, everything is exactly the same and you still see the same scenery, it’s just that I’ve been there longer."
The former 'Big Brother' star is "loved-up" with her boyfriend, 27-year-old Russian masseur and model David Putman, and she would "never say no" to marriage.
She added: "I don’t like to go into detail about him because it’s my private life, and I want to respect his life as well.
"But you know I’m loved-up. Everyone knows!"
Last year, Alison admitted she hasn't ever wanted to use weight-loss injections after becoming "frightened" of "scare stories" surrounding them.
Speaking to Good Housekeeping UK magazine in December, she said: "I think that, for people who need to use them, [weight loss jabs are] a good thing - but for me, as soon as I hear any scare story, I get frightened.
"So I haven’t wanted to use them, but that’s not to say I wouldn’t in the future, and I certainly wouldn’t look down on anyone who did."
