Sunny Deol "hasn't watched" his dad's kissing scene in 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani'.

The 66-year-old actor's father Dharmendra, 87, locked lips with fellow screen veteran Shabana Azmi as part of a romance between their characters in the movie, and despite their lip lock being one of the most talked-about scenes in the film, the 'Gadar 2' actor isn't surprised, even though he hasn't seen it.

Asked about the scene, Sunny told NDTV: “My dad can do anything and he’s the only actor I would say, who can carry it off.

"I didn’t see it, I have heard about it. I have not watched the film."

Sunny admitted that isn't unusual for him because he rarely watches his own work, let alone other movies.

He added: "I don’t watch films much. I often don’t watch my own films.”

The 'Poster Boys' star insisted he won't be talking to Dharmendra about the scene.

He exclaimed: "No! I mean how can I talk to my dad about that? He is a personality, who can… He can carry everything… because of his humility, honesty…”

Sunny previously admitted he became an actor because of his father.

Asked where he'd be if his dad wasn't an actor, he told Aaj Tak: “I don’t know, wherever my father would be working, maybe I too would be working there.

“One has to understand that in a family, the child follows and imitates what his father does. The hate and nepotism is being spread by those people who are frustrated. What’s wrong if a father wants to do something for his son or daughter? If not his family, then who is the father working for?

"The success eventually will depend on the individual person. My father could not get into me to make me an actor. I cannot get into my sons to make them an actor… Papa is such a big icon and I made my identity and I am here. I am not like my dad, but we are very similar. Of course there were difficulties, but I never thought of them as difficulties.”
