The late Apple CEO, who died at the age of 56 in October 2011 after a battle with pancreatic cancer, also suffered from severe liver disease for which he received a transplant in 2009. Jobs had rejected the offer of an organ donation from Tim Cook - who succeeded the innovator as Apple chief.
