Offering free college tuition to her employees

Proving her dedication to education extended well beyond childhood books, Dolly made a historic announcement through The Dollywood Foundation in 2022. She decreed that her foundation would cover 100 per cent of tuition, fees, and book costs for any employee working at her Dollywood theme park who wished to pursue a higher education degree. The benefit was made available to all full-time, part-time, and seasonal workers from day one of employment.
