Al Pacino was offered the role of Han Solo in Star Wars but turned it down, stating he didn’t understand the script.

The part of course went to Ford, and pathed the way for the actor to have one of the most successful careers in Hollywood.

Pacino later joked: “I made Harrison Ford’s career.”
