After fronting the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as the action heroine Black Widow, Scarlett Johansson is keen to play a Disney princess.

The 40-year-old actress revealed she would love to star in a beloved fairytale to fulfill both her own and her daughter Rose Dorothy’s dreams, though doubts it will happen.

She said: “My daughter is still young. Right now I think we both share the dream that I will someday be a Disney princess, but it’s probably not going to happen.

“I’ve been asking for that job for the past 20 years, and nobody has booked me.”
