One of Hackman’s earliest movies also proved to be one of his best!

‘Bonnie and Clyde’ follows bored waitress Bonnie Parker (Faye Dunaway) who falls in love with an ex-convict Clyde Barrow (Warren Beatty), and the pair soon start a violent spree around the country robbing banks and stealing cars.

Hackman starred in the 1967 film as Clyde’s older brother Buck Barrow, who ends up joining his sibling’s criminal escapades with his wife Blanche.
