Behind Enemy Lines

‘Behind Enemy Lines’ is a thrilling watch from start to finish, with a lot of that being attributed to Hackman’s brilliant performance.

The 2001 action flick - which also starred Owen Wilson and David Keith - follows a Navy pilot who is shot down over enemy territory, and is forced into a struggle for survival by outrunning a secret police enforcer, a deadly tracker and enemy troops.

The pilot’s commanding officer (Hackman) ultimately decides to go against orders and carries out a desperate rescue mission.
