Weight woes

Changing your weight for a movie is never an easy task, so imagine how Anne Hathaway felt after being told to gain and then immediately shed some pounds!

The actress was initially instructed to put on 10 pounds by director David Frankel, but after realising Anne would have to fit snugly into some of the movie’s couture outfits, costume designer Patricia Fields requested the Hollywood star lose the same amount.

Anne later said: “It was a nightmare. It took me about a month to gain it and two months to lose it.”
