Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga truly gave it her all for her role in 'House of Gucci', but the effort certainly came with considerable consequences.
In the movie, the actress – who played the troubled Patrizia Reggiani – poured her real-life struggles into the character, but reliving the trauma took its toll on Lady Gaga.
She later said: "I was falling apart as [Patrizia] fell apart. When I say that I didn’t break character, some of it was not by choice."
Director Ridley Scott went to comfort the actress after he became concerned she was "traumatising herself", but she replied: "I already have. I’ve already been through this anyway. I might as well give it to you."
By the end of production, Lady Gaga had to have a psychiatric nurse by her side to keep her safe on set, but found it was in her off-hours things got particularly bad.
The star revealed she felt she had "brought the darkness [of Patrizia] with [her] home."
