JoJo Siwa - Karma

The former 'Dance Moms' star released the track 'Karma' in March 2024 as the breakout single for her adult era, but following its launch it emerged that singer Brit Smith had covered it in 2012 with additional production by Timbaland. The former child star did not allude to the fact that the song - which was also offered to Miley Cyrus in her Disney Channel days - was a cover in the first instance but Brit later came out and insisted that JoJo had done nothing wrong. She said: "I am here to set the record straight once and for all. JoJo did not steal my song."
