Haley Dunphy’s unsatisfying end

After 11 years on air, ‘Modern Family’ came to a satisfying end in April 2020, but not everyone was pleased with how things were wrapped up.

In fact, Sarah Hyland admitted she was disappointed that her character Haley Dunphy ended up being a young mom of twins instead of following her passion to become a fashion designer.

Sarah said she would rather have seen Haley become a "style or brand mogul”.

She explained: “That would have been a really cool thing to see, especially from someone like Haley.”
